Detailed Description: “I could a blinking (maybe) square from the neighborhood next to the beach. as I got closer, it almost resembled a semi transparent bag or object spinning (maybe) a mile away and (maybe) as high as a hovering helicopter would hover. when getting as close to the water as possible, it looked to either reflect or light up different edges of the craft. it remained in the same spot over the ocean for minutes and the never flew away, but the fog blocked my view of it as i watched.”
