Most people have never known what happiness is. For them, happiness is nothing more than pleasure. It can’t be true because it’s only temporary. This is due to their unconsciousness.

While your consciousness is awake, pleasure is its by-product; when your consciousness is asleep, unhappiness is its by-product.
