Fast Tic Tac UFO Falls From the sky

High speed UFO/UAP falls from the sky, almost stops mid-air before making some strange turns.

Falling down again, then boosters are used in an attempt to regain control of the UFO.
Could it be secret advanced military technology? This is one of the infamous tic tac UFOs?
