Am I ok or I Am Ok~~ then Blackouts occur By Nancy Thames

Several weeks ago just when  this Quarantine inside protocol started around 4 Am , I woke up and  Saw two friendly looking Grey’s at the bottom of my bed, but it was a all white exam table I realize  now , I didn’t see another Grey around because they usually travel in threes probably was behind me Anyway they were working on my feet and lower part of my legs, I raised myself up quickly and Exclaimed, Am I Ok ? Or I Am ok! Probably the first one. Then as sudden as it happened It was over and I woke up very puzzled by the event the next morning. No clue what was going on

Feet and legs very sore and had some vertigo when walking. My sleeping habits have changed . My appetite has changed a lot to,  Quarantine is probably not helping with this but I will keep my Doctors appointments until I feel better. They are very nice but I wish they would get rid of that candy bowl!
