I just finished reading the book “Abduction: human encounters with aliens” by Dr John E Mack. He’s a Harvard psychiatrist who dedicated a large portion of his career investigating alleged alien abductions. I never really focused on so-called “alien abductions” because they could easily be explained by sleep paralysis, night terrors and other psychological phenomena. But that all changed after hearing about the Ariel School UFO sighting. This video is about my take on the abduction phenomenon and if Dr Mack’s ideas are still relevant.
