If you do your homework on this guy., read his book – read HIM, study him, you will be forced to admit that he absolutely believes what he is saying and he is part of the .01% of the population qualified to make the statements he does. Meaning, he is the right guy (educated and smart) who was in the right place (NACA / NASA) at the right time.
