E.T Message ‘We Can’t Give You Advance Technology, You Are a Threat to the Cosmos’

Canada’s ex-Defense Minister Paul Hellyer (1923 – 2021) has claimed that advanced alien technology exists, and that they will give it to us if we stop all wars. Hellyer has long maintained that aliens have being visiting Earth for many decades, and said that when aliens witnessed the atomic bomb, they decided that we were a huge threat to the cosmos. Apparently, the aliens are worried that Earth is going to use the bomb again and that this will affect the whole balance of the universe.
